People spent too much energy and time worrying which makes them exhaust and inefficient. Once facing a task/challenge/problem, tackle it one by one, know your priorities and keep moving forward instead of spending too much time on worrying, blaming, etc. (all sort of negative emotions) Once surrounded by the negative emotion we might just being trapped in a maze created by ourselves, not proceeding at all. Not just being a 'thinker' but an 'actioner' too. In the book 'who moved my cheese' is a short story about the 4 main characters who's searching for cheese (things that we want and we need). Two of them are rats, one of them good in detecting the cheese and another of it is fast in action. They are weaker in sense of analysing, planning like the two other characters, which are the dwarfs. The dwarfs have the similar characteristics are human. They lead a comfort live after found a huge amount of cheese that they want. One day, all of the cheese are gone. They couldn't accept the fact and refuse to take the action of continuing to look for new cheese. The rats have already found new source of cheese as once they saw the cheese are gone, they immediately went out and continue searching for the new source. As the days passed, they became weaker and weaker and finally one of them decided to step out, accept the fact and look for new source of cheese. After his effort, finally he found the cheese and he writes down on the wall about what he learnt during the process:
All of the lines that he has written down can be applied to each of us and in all kinds of things, not just specifically to business related. Once we truly understand and apply it in our life we will be a much happier and successful person.
Currently what I am doing is to list down the things that I NEED to settle on today and SETTLE it by today. The workload will just keep piling up, the unnecessary stress will keep increasing if we procrastinate too much. If you can't do well at the present how to build a better future?
It makes no sense to worry about things you have no control over because there's nothing you can do about them, and why worry about things you do control? The activity of worrying keeps you immobilised.

Have a great weekend ahead! xx
